1980 Environmental Lien & AUL Report

In November 2021, ASTM International updated its Phase I Environmental Site Assessment standard to E1527-21, tightening the requirements for environmental lien and Activity and Use Limitation (AUL) research. Under the updated standard, title research back to 1980 is required.
